Accounts & Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activities, charges, and content associated with or occurring under your account
• Keeping your account information accurate, current, and complete
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring that you properly log out from your account at the end of each session

KaamFlow reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access in our sole discretion.

Payments & Billing

Subscription Plans

• Paid subscription plans automatically renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for all transactions
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to current subscribers
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility
• Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or capacity

Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans if you're not satisfied. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no further charges.

Data Ownership & Privacy

Your data belongs to you. KaamFlow only processes it to provide and improve our services.

• You retain all intellectual property rights to your content
• We do not claim ownership of any data, information, or content you submit
• You can export your data at any time using our export tools
• We only access your data to provide support, maintain the service, or comply with legal obligations
• By using KaamFlow, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service

Limitations of Liability

KaamFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error, misuse, or third-party actions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability
• We are not responsible for content posted by users or third-party services integrated with KaamFlow

Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Access to premium features ends after the current billing period
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data 90 days after account termination
• Certain provisions (including limitations of liability) survive termination

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes:

• We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before significant changes take effect
