Do you really offer unlimited projects?
Yes, from Standard Plan onward you get unlimited projects. The Free Plan includes up to 3 projects. "Unlimited projects" means you can create as many projects as you need for your workflow. There are no hidden limits or throttling.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, you'll revert to the Free Plan and can continue using KaamFlow with its free features.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer pro-rated refunds on annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime without refund for the current month. If you're on an annual plan and cancel within the first 14 days, you'll receive a refund for the remaining portion of your subscription.
What happens if I exceed storage?
You will be prompted to upgrade your plan or reduce your files. We'll send you notifications when you're approaching your storage limit. If you exceed storage, you won't be able to upload new files until you either remove existing files or upgrade to a plan with more storage.
